1. The initial quote by Cedar Sites will include all work involved for domain name registration, site design, graphics and logos discussed and one years site hosting, unless otherwise stated.
2. Payment of 20% will be payable on initial agreement of the total approximate costs of all services, before any work commences, unless otherwise agreed.
3. The balance of the costs will be payable, upon receipt of the invoice from Cedar Sites. If payment is not received after 1 month of the invoice, including a follow up reminder, the site will be downloaded from the web, and steps taken to recover costs will commence.
4. Until final payment has been met, all work done, including site design, logos and graphics will remain the property of Cedar Sites.
5. Legal ownership of the site will go to the client after this final payment as per the ‘mission statement'.
6. Whilst hosting remains with Cedar Sites, there will be a link to Cedar Sites from the home page.
7. Web hosting costs will be chargeable once per year, effective from one year after the initial invoice date. A letter inviting the client to renew web hosting through Cedar Sites will be sent 11 months after the initial invoice date. If after one month, including a follow up reminder, the web hosting services will cease and the site will be downloaded from the web. As per no. 4 , the site is the legal property of the client and will be sent, on request, on CD to the client.
8. All changes (including updates/design and structure changes/requested changes) to the site will be initiated upon request and chargeable on completion of the work. If changes are substantial a 20% initial payment will be requested before work commences. If after one month total payment of the changes has not been received, including a follow up reminder, the site will be downloaded from the web until payment is met.
